Conseil d'administration

Le Fonds de recours est administré par un conseil d'administration qui gère les affaires du Fonds conformément aux règlements administratifs.

Un comité exécutif de cinq (5) personnes, composé d'un président, d'un vice-président et de trois (3) membres (élus parmi les directeurs) gère les affaires quotidiennes du Fonds de recours, exerçant tous les pouvoirs et attributions.

Le comité est soutenu par un secrétaire, un trésorier et un secrétaire-trésorier adjoint.

The Legal Fund is administered by a Board of Directors who manage the affairs of the Fund in accordance with the By-laws.

A five (5) person Executive Committee, consisting of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chair and three (3) Members (elected from among the Directors) manage the daily affairs of the Legal Fund, exercising all powers and authority.

The Committee is supported by a Secretary/Treasurer and an Assistant Secretary/Treasurer.
